- Architectural Request Submission Fee
Please submit the Architectural Request Submission Fee before submitting your ACC request. To make payment, click Purchase Now next to the Architectural Request submission fee below. Payment is required before the request can be submitted and you will need to indicate the payment confirmation number in the request form.
- Access Device Fee
Please ensure to download, complete and return the form required for device you are purchasing in order to have your access device order fulfilled. Forms should be returned to First Coast Association Management at 11555 Central Parkway, Suite 801, Jacksonville Fl 32224 or access@firstcoastam.com
